How It Works

Installation
In 5 Steps

01
Surface Preparation
Clean the substrate — concrete, existing tile, or render. Ensure it is structurally sound, dry, and free of dust or grease. No demolition required for over-cladding.
02
Adhesive Application
Apply flexible tile adhesive (C2TE rated) to the substrate using a notched trowel. For curved surfaces, apply adhesive to both substrate and panel back.
03
Panel Placement
Press the MCM panel firmly into position. For curves, gently bend the panel to the required radius and hold for 30 seconds. Panels can be cut with scissors or a utility knife.
04
Grouting (Optional)
For a traditional tiled look, apply flexible grout in the joints. For a seamless stone appearance, butt panels edge-to-edge with no grout — the result is a monolithic surface.
05
Sealing & Finishing
Apply a penetrating silane sealer for exterior applications. For interior walls, no sealing is required. The surface is immediately ready for use after adhesive cure (24 hours).
